There is no such thing as IT skills shortage. There is a shortage of skills in some manual labour sectors, where you need to wait a few weeks to do the job because there is not a single (even non-)competent person WILLING to do the job. There is no shortage of skills in markets where employers can filter people by 'culture fit'. |
