It's definitely not 10 minutes. You can tab+spacebar toggle everything to off in about 30 seconds

Your example is valid for a user familiar with the installation process. OP mentioned is a new user.

Also, even if you toggle "everything off" there is stolen data going through which you don't even have an option to disable.
