For those thinking of trying this, you may have trouble with throughput on certain chipsets. I'm extremely happy using OpenWRT on my rPi v4 with 2 UE300 USB-to-ethernet adapters and gigabit Internet. It's also a bit cheaper to do this than buy high-end consumer equipment as nimbius mentioned. |
