What archetype can we attribute to someone categorising their colleagues into some pseudoscientific archetype?

This is an extremely toxic way of dealing with other people and should be avoided. People are much more than a stereotype.

We all have simplified models of other people in our heads. Without it we wouldn’t be able to function. You do too. However you might be fooling yourself into believing that your understanding of other people is somehow better than everybody else. That is another common characteristic of people: thinking that your understanding of the world and people skills are better that most. Most people think so but it obviously can’t be true. We aren’t aware of the automatic non-reflective categorisations that our subconscious makes for us before our “thinking” kicks in.
