I’ve experiences this, and it’s annoying. Worse is it’s never obvious if it’s a driver problem. That said, part of why I know anything about computers was trying to get games to work on my old 486. I sort of miss the feeling of reward of really wanting to play a game and needing to dig into the technical weeds to finally get the right boot disk. Proton almost scratches that itch for me, sadly there aren’t enough games anymore to really motivate me. |
