Good idea, congrats! Can the people who post a message also ask for a refund, or is this only limited to the account owner?

Thanks man :). There are no refunds, because messaging is not a standardised service - meaning senders cannot be assured of a solid deliverable(hence PWYW).

Creators might send great responses to cheaper messages, if the message is interesting and might not respond at all for a high paid message if it is something that takes their privacy away.
