Had this happen to me as well, only my background is JavaScript. I've had more than one conversation with a recruiter where they didn't understand the difference between Java and JavaScript, so I'm unsure whether this was done due to malice or incompetence. +1 to the PDF resume, if for no other reason than you don't have to deal with format issues on windows/mac. |
