No, they are not better, because they are easy to change, and so it is easy to change monetary policy "for better", or make the coin "more compliant". Bitcoin value is that it is extremely hard to change, especially when it comes to fundamental properties, like 21m hard cap. You can actually rely on Bitcoin's monetary policy to be fixed forever. |
