Thanks. It's called BadLads, it's all about multiplayer roleplay, where each player has their own job. The games about to get giant procedural cities (with full interiors!) and native virtual reality support. This looks really cool. From the description is sounds a bit like DarkRP in Garry's Mod. I remember having a lot of fun with that mode.
