The screenshot immediately under this statement shows an Okta share price of $226. Am I misunderstanding something?

The deal had to be done at a certain time, which froze the value of the shares at the price. The shares were probably reserved for this purpose at that time.
The screenshot did not properly show the price "at the time of writing". sloppy, that's all.
The chart didnt cover after hour pricing unfortunately (which is what was being referenced). Note taken though, will keep it in mind!
$276.21 - 20% = $220.968

So not far off from $226

$226 / $276.21 = 81.8%

So its 18.2% to be exact

Edit: Realized the quote/article says 20% LOWER. Which is backwards, and is likely what my parent comment is pointing out
