I literally lost my last job because I dislike the scrum methodologies and said I haven't ever seen it working good. The team was a mess, the manager a micro-manager claiming empowering people.. I get the idea but I've never seen it working productively.

Dailies are the most stupid invention ever. Even if its just 15 minutes, its either blocks your "agilitiy" if its on a time-slot that you prefer not to work, or it steals almost an hour because you get out of the tunnel, wait for the meeting, have to get into working mode again.
