Scrums and such meetings are for the benefit of the organizer (boss, ...). Only exception is if someone is blocked but he is bad at expressing it directly to the person responsible. I've been part of many meetings/scrums where the point was that the manager gets the info of how things are progressing but the meeting itself was net negative for the developers as they lost their flow and some of their time. |
