I've wondered how well it would work to just have everyone on the team anonymously estimate what percentage of the project (or sprint, etc) is complete. But I think that would get thrown out at the first sign of trouble. In many companies if the anonymous survey showed we were behind schedule the fix would be to stop doing the anonymous surveys. |
