This smells like early testing, not something that’s gonna be triggered imminently. macOS doesn’t even have reliable locale detection, it relies on users to supply their own preferences. Abruptly removing Rosetta 2 for any reason would cause a huge backlash. There’s no way they’re just gonna slip that into a point release. |
