If masks are really saving lives, how come third world countries aren't full of dead people? - They don't wear masks, social distance or have vaccines.
No idea why, but maybe the same reason the flu is not as much of an issue there as it is in developed countries ?
Masks are proven to lower transmission rates for covid.
