You'd be surprised how little it would take. I know in Kansas that if a rep worked 365 days a year at $88/day they would take home $31,562/yr. So $50k would be almost double their salary. Looks like Nevada is $150.71/day or about $55k/year. We really need to pay these people more so they don't need to supplement their pay through lobbying. |
