I always have ideas about some questions to my co-workers like this: "do you practice after work ?" "How do you improve? " "How do you balance your life" etc etc.
But I think I am too shy to ask them directly. Can you give us an example of your cold mail ? |

For the cold emails, nowadays I'd make it better, but back then roughly the below. This was one of the more long winded ones.
