Really sorry - I can see others generating the model successfully. It would be great if you can please try it again by restarting the app. Thank you so much. While restarting the app shouldn’t be the solution, bare with us at the moment. :(

Sorry about that. Kindly follow the capture instructions as much as possible. There are chances that if the lighting isn’t proper or if the background is crowded etc can cause the system to delay. :) please retry it once and let me know if you have problem again .. thank you so much for your comment. :)
