Ok, you are probably right! I just seemed to recall hearing that if you write a code from scratch, that then “happens” to compile exactly into the same binary, then it is a bit of a “gray area” as to if the original owner has copyright or not. Again, I honestly don’t know for sure, sorry for the confusion. |
