Website's pretty but doesn't share many details. Any idea how it structures the data? Are there export options (into other, popular formats)? I'm wary of using proprietary DB editors -- when they go away, you start all over. (Been there, done that. Twice.)

Everything is stored locally as plain text files in Markdown. So no proprietary stuff going on at all.
