I use a browser which allows me to override "fullscreen" mode to only go full-screen within the browser window, but not actually expand to the full screen. After that, it's just a matter of setting it "always on top", which the window manager makes easy. However, for videos I actually want to watch, I prefer to just download them and watch in mpv. |
