In some sense it seems fair that small players can group together, so that when they negotiate with a big company they have a block of comparable size. Otherwise small companies have no choice but to merge into a large company to negiotate together. But the proof is in the pudding I suppose, and there may certainly be unexpected or undesirable consequences. |
