Not in the 10 months we’ve existed. We’ve had a few backend devs in that time. We make sure everything is written down, and I make myself very available for questions - mostly async, but I’m not opposed to a call if it makes things faster. It helps that our tech isn’t that complicated - python/Django backend, slack app and react frontend. |
