Found a bug.

1. Turn on Default Cookie notice

2. Visit another site - say google.com typing the url in address bar

3. Hit back button from google to this site

4. Default cookie notice is enabled, but boiler plate code is removed

5. Now Default cookie notice option is kinda reversed. (on - removes boilerplate & off adds boilerplate)

Hey thanks for reporting it. Not sure if there is a solution for this but I am looking into it.
