I don't know about this data specifically, but the best thing you can do is lobby for better open data laws. The UK, to be fair, passed laws like this maybe 20 years ago, and as a result there's an amazing amount of free data available for England and Wales (Scotland is normally different). There's an EU directive supposed to solve this, but it's a slow, slow process. |
