What's stopping Google from pulling an uno and requiring news organizations to pay Google to have their content searchable?

Searchable...probably a provision in this law or fear of further antitrust action.

Featured on Android, Google Assistent or in the news tab on the other hand...That might become quite pricey for publishers.
