A local restaurant to my parents (UK) has been doing similar things. Not Michelin starred, but close. It helps that their food has always typically been slow cooked, which always keeps better. It’s a reasonable experience, but a way off eating at the restaurant. As a consumer, my motivation would be to support the restaurant, rather than to fully recreate the experience. |
