Heise.de published a description for an open source holographic microscope which can generate 3d views. This said, mine doesn‘t work, and the guys behind it aren‘t really helpful or friendly. Physicists, what can I say? Sunk 300€ into it, misses some crucial information on calibration and useage according to me.
