If there was ever an answer to the question of "is there commercial or enterprise value in blockchain technology" this is the indicator of all indicators. Hyperledger / Corda were always shit, but this really takes the cake.

Even as someone who loves ethereum and has been active in the community since the early days - I still maintain that the technology, other than distributed DNS and the advent of IPFS (not in itself a blockchain technology) are the only productive real products of current blockchain "tech".

If you meet someone at a party (god forbid we have those anymore) and they espouse the "value" of blockchain, please immediately move on and ignore them.
