Congrats on the launch/relaunch! The site looks great! One thing I would like as a job-seeker is a way to sort/filter by full time jobs where everyone works 4 day weeks vs. hourly jobs. I know I can work less than 40 hours as a contractor pretty much wherever I want, but companies that actually give full benefits and a salary that's comparable to 40 hours are more rare.

Thanks - totally agree! I've started collecting data on benefits such as healthcare, dental and pension. Will hopefully get it added to the interface soon
