When does it make sense to remove all measurements like lockdowns and restriction of movement? If 100% of all risk-group individuals are vaccinated (60+ ?), then would it not make sense to remove all restrictions?

IIRC >80s make up 1/3 of all COVID deaths, so I imagine once we vaccinate >60s and other vulnerable populations, restrictions can be eased. Unfortunately, the NHS doesn't provide more granular age data - just >80s and <80s.

Hopefully, as time goes on, NHS will report more granular data that can be added to this site.
