When it comes to demand for the shares: doesn't matter. IPO price discovery is done by institutional investors, not retail. Impact on the fundamentals is a bigger risk to them, as RH's target market is retail/individuals. People have short memories though, and they aren't the only ones restricting their users from trading (despite getting the most flak for it). |
