A quick search with my favorite search engine for "bowing to US pressure" returns many results by a variety of reputable outlets. 2. I don't believe that reporters typically write their own headlines. |

They are mostly (or all I could find on the first pages) about other countries or international organizations, so I'd say there is at least some difference.
