While I love wfh and have done it for the past 20 years, there are some jobs and some times when face to face in an office is far more effective. I’d love it if my office went to a 1-2 days/week on-site schedule, where face to face time is predictable and regular, and we can all be productive and relatively zoom free the other 3-4 days. A hybrid approach, if managed right, would be ideal. |
