I don’t have a solution, but would comment simply that it’s really difficult. The main issue we face is that everyone is spending the whole day on camera in front of their screens, as virtual meetings substitute for in-person meetings. Therefore, we run into the very understandable objection that any team-building or other more relaxed activities, because they also have to be virtual, actually add to the virtual meeting/screen fatigue we are suffering, and might create more additional harm than the marginal benefit received. |
