I feel like a lot of these sorts of scenarios should be reported as bugs. It seems like a mischaracterization and that the process is broken. I suppose Google doesn't really care since we aren't really customers (were the resource being mined). This might even be considered a feature to them since they don't need customer service reps to handle it. |
