Considering the way delta chat chat works; that doesn’t matter much. Approximately nobody has that client installed. And SMTP is not ideal for these things.
Doesn't matter. The whole point of Delta Chat is that the other parties in the chat don't have to use it or even know about its existence. You lose encryption, but at least you can message those people. It looks just like any other email message.
That's not much of a point. I can already talk to those people. Why do I need a bad solution to a problem I don't have?
