It's possible to get to L4 like that but it'll definitely take longer than if you're able to show initiative and propose at least some smaller projects or ideas for your team. I'm leaving for a variety of reasons, but primarily I want a change of pace from big company life (especially during COVID) and want to focus on building my own company (http://trivvy.co/). |
