I fail to see how either of these cases you cite are the slightest bit relevant to Parler v AWS. Judge Rothstein stated it quite plainly in today's order: "It is important to note what this case is not about. Parler is not asserting a violation of any First Amendment rights." (Page 2, lines 4-5) |
