I can not pay for Google Cloud (new EU payments bug) and support ignores me

As in the title, is anyone in the same situation? This is pretty new, our bank (ING) assures us it's a bug in Google's 3D secure. Google is threatening us that we need to pay, but they don't accept our payments or supports request.
