I mean this only constructively, but why share if you're not ready for or expecting a strong response? You only get one chance to make a first impression. That's fair. Would definitely not consider this a concept as we have many paid, satisfied customers but we're always iterating on our website/product based on feedback and this is definitely an area of improvement. But point taken about "making a first impression".
