Semiconductors aren’t going to help change people’s cultures or religion or tribal affiliations without decades of heavy investment in education and infrastructure, or other large scale wealth transfers. But if “winning a war” means killing the opposing members while minimizing your own losses, surely electronic superiority will help. |
