You don't have to meal prep per se, but I find having a plan helps. Buying and preparing food when you're hungry will make you eat more of the wrong stuff than if you had a plan. I also found that by basically tripling my intake of vegetables helps a lot with feeling satiated. No one ever got fat because they ate too much broccoli, lettuce, and spinach. |
