Sure that's an entertaining outlier anecdote. I think it's better than the current state of things which is: if the company is wrong and covering it up requires some disadvantage to you vs doing the right thing. 100% of these times you are screwed as an employee. It also wouldn't be a witch hunt anymore than current HR investigations. Just performed by an objective third party. |
