Although it more get more spammy, it may help to allow anonymous feedback. For two reasons, really: many people don't like signing up for a service without seeing how it works, and many people won't want to have an account tied to feedback they leave for another person.

If usernames and identities were kept anonymous, that would fix the latter issue. And if you could at least show prospective users examples it could help with registration numbers.

I concur furthermore, if usernames should be tied to a user account then an option like "Submit anonymously" like formspring offers should be used.
