Two months ago, Microsoft announced the Pluton security processor and that future AMD, Intel, Qualcomm CPUs will have it. It seems to be for this exact purpose: > These sophisticated attack techniques target the communication channel between the CPU and TPM, which is typically a bus interface. (...)
