I (respectfully) disagree completely. All source code is knowledge. All the content that goes in to a product when you're shipping it is knowledge. Managing a project is knowledge management. Managing multiple projects is knowledge management. Managing a company is knowledge management. I've never seen a tool (other than, arguably, an Operating System) that does all of this comfortably. |
