What makes this one different? 1) The ability to quickly cycle through the top comments.

2) Context, context, context! A comment and its parent and ancestors are chained together so you can always follow the context of a comment without playing 'guess the parent from the indentation' game.

Each comment has a prev/next link to quickly cycle through siblings. The parent of the siblings is always directly above so that you can easily maintain context.
