Good catch. There's a huge discrepancy in social media between people who are employed/professionals, use it to climb the corporate ladders and people who are just hanging out there, like in a pub. These two worlds often collide, especially on Twitter. In the real world it's not a problem because there are much more specialized locations. You'd expect rough language and jokes in a pub. |
