Rather than copying each feature of an IDE, I would they rather spend the time in focusing on what developers can benefit from in such a new architecture. For example, rather than autocomplete, I would rather see support for codereview capabilities and being truly inside a server allows significantly improved team capabilities (think Microsoft Office vs Google Docs). |
